Karbon Soyma Nedir?

What is Hand Rejuvenation?

Hand rejuvenation is a procedure, or a combination of treatments designed to turn back the clock on the backs of the hands. The thinner skin in this area can experience changes faster than other areas, resulting in protruding veins, brown spots and wrinkles. Different therapies are available to address these various concerns to ensure you receive an optimal outcome. In some cases, the doctor can take care of both these treatments during the same session. Other times, patients may come in for multiple appointments until they achieve all their aesthetic goals. None of the treatments to address aging hands involve surgery, which means you can enhance your appearance without anesthesia, incisions or downtime.

Is Hand Rejuvenation Right for You?

Ideal candidates for hand rejuvenation are those that have the following concerns:
Veins on the back of the hand that have become more prominent due to thinning skin
Brown spots, also known as liver or age spots
Wrinkles and fine lines that can exacerbate the aged appearance
Skin that has lost its youthful vibrancy and appears dull and lifeless

Both laser rejuvenation and dermal filler injections can be performed in our office relatively quickly and without the need for anesthesia. If you have a Fraxel treatment, the area will be cleansed, and the laser energy is delivered via a handheld applicator that runs across the skin’s surface. Discomfort during the procedure is minimal, and you should be able to go right back to holiday activities afterward. Dermal fillers are also a fast treatment that involves multiple injections of the formulation into various locations on the hand to achieve a smooth, even result. You will see improvement in the backs of your hands as soon as you leave our office, which will linger for many months. Some patients can go up to a full year before the body absorbs the filler and they need a touch-up treatment.

Recovery

Laser skin rejuvenation is not accompanied by many risks or side effects, but you can expect your skin to be red and slightly swollen for the first day or two. It might also feel tender to touch as it would if you had a sunburn. The side effects will subside relatively quickly, and you will be left with softer, smoother and more evenly toned skin. These improvements will continue over the next three to six months as your dermal structure begins to create new collagen to support the skin rejuvenation process. Dermal fillers do not require any downtime and rarely have any noticeable side effects. Some minor bruising or swelling could occur, which typically subsides within a matter of days.

Results

Laser skin rejuvenation improvements will continue over the next three to six months as your dermal structure begins to create new collagen to support the skin rejuvenation process. Dermal fillers results are evident right away and may last up to a full year before the body absorbs the filler and a touch-up treatment is needed.

What is a Chemical Peel?

There are many different formulations that allow us to work on various depths and issues of the skin. Chemical peels are commonly used on the face, but are safe enough to use on the neck, chest, back, arms, legs and many other parts of the body. During your consultation, we will assess the color, depth, location and texture to determine which peel is best suited for your needs.

-Benefits of Chemical Peels

Exfoliates dead skin cells
May reduce fine lines and wrinkles
Treats sun damage and spots
Corrects uneven skin tone
Smoothes irregular skin texture
May reduce brown spots and melasma
Great for treating certain types of acne

Is a Chemical Peel Right for You?

Generally, fair-skinned and light-haired patients are better candidates for chemical peels. If you have darker skin, you may also have good results, depending upon the type of problem being treated. But you also may be more likely to have an uneven skin tone after the procedure. Skin sags, bulges, and more severe wrinkles do not respond well to chemical peels. They may need other kinds of cosmetic surgical procedures, such as laser resurfacing, a facelift, brow lift, eyelid lift or soft tissue filler (collagen or fat). The surgeon can help determine the most appropriate type of treatment for you.

Procedure

The professional who does your peel will first clean your skin thoroughly. Then they will apply one or more chemical solutions — such as glycolic acid, trichloroacetic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, or carbolic acid (phenol) — to small areas of your skin. That creates a controlled wound, letting new skin take its place. During a chemical peel, most people feel a burning sensation that lasts about five to ten minutes, followed by a stinging sensation. Putting cool compresses on the skin may ease that stinging. You may need pain medication during or after a deeper peel.

Recovery

Depending upon the type of chemical peel, a reaction similar to sunburn occurs following the procedure. Peeling usually involves redness followed by scaling that ends within three to seven days. Mild peels may be repeated at one to four-week intervals until you get the look you’re after. Medium-depth and deep peeling may result in swelling as well as blisters that may break, crust, turn brown, and peel off over a period of 7 to 14 days. Medium-depth peels may be repeated in six to 12 months, if necessary. After treatment, you may need bandages for several days on part or all of the skin that was treated. You’ll need to avoid the sun for several months after a chemical peel since your new skin will be fragile.

Results

The results of chemical peels will always depend on your skin type, skin condition and the issues you’re treating with chemical peels, and especially the depth and strength of the chemical peels your physician advises for you. All chemical peels work their magic by removing the top layers of the skin, where dead skin cells accumulate and dulling or fine lines occur. Lighter peels are easy to endure and require no downtime, but their results won’t last as long as deeper chemical peels that treat skin to a greater depth. Here’s why: Light chemical peels are gentle enough, with treatment medications like salicylic acid and glycolic acid removing only the top, superficial layers of the skin, to cause only minimal peeling and redness while they work to remove those top layers and reveal fresher, more glowing skin. Light chemical peels as applied by your physician may last an average of 1 – 2 months.

What is a HydraFacial?

HydraFacial is a non-invasive, multistep treatment that combines the benefits of next-level hydradermabrasion, a chemical peel, automated painless extractions (no pinching!) and a special delivery of antioxidants, Hyaluronic Acid and Peptides. It does all of this in one quick treatment that delivers real results without downtime or irritation.

How Does a HydraFacial Work?

The HydraFacial works like a skincare tornado, clearing away all debris & dirt in its path. This powerful technology unclogs pores & perfects your skin. This treatment is the evolution of traditional facials, using technology to bring about lasting and immediate change to the skin. Pores are deep cleaned to perfection and your skin will get a whole new world of glow.

Procedure

Each HydraFacial session takes less than an hour, and no downtime is required.

Recovery

No recovery time is associated with a Hydrafacial treatment. Unlike with harsher procedures like chemical peels, you can resume your normal activities right away. Some patients experience redness and tightness for up to an hour after the procedure however this should not impede normal activity. While you shouldn’t experience any redness or peeling after your session, it’s still best to avoid exfoliating treatments for the first couple of days after a HydraFacial.

Results

The frequency of HydraFacial sessions depends on your skin type and your doctor’s recommendations. Some repeat the treatment every 4 weeks while others are encouraged to repeat sessions every 2 weeks until the final results you are looking for are reached.

What is a Skin Analysis?

At MORSIA Medical Turkey, we make looking good even easier with our advanced technology. Skin health depends on more than what meets the eye. The clinic’s skin analysis lets us see the whole picture – damage on the surface of the skin as well as what’s hidden below.

How it works?

The skin analysis, free of charge to all of our patients, is your first step towards skin rejuvenation. Our Antalya skin care specialists begin by taking high-resolution digital pictures of your skin that let us see every wrinkle and pore. We also take special ultraviolet images to show sun damage below the surface.  The medical team analyzes the images and rates them on several criteria, such as wrinkles, pore size, sunspots, and evenness of color. It also compares your results with others of the same age and ethnicity.

What comes next?

We use your profile to plan a precise and effective rejuvenation regimen for your unique needs. Whether your optimal plan of action includes a combination of treatments or an individual treatment, the doctor will pinpoint areas and levels of damage to ensure you get the right treatment customized for you. We also use the results to prescribe home skincare regimens that our Antalya patients use to enhance their skin’s health. We’ll give you a copy of this report, which includes the details of your imaging, recommendations for treatment, and skin care options.
